Welcome to SB Trichology. The following terms and conditions govern the use of our services and treatments. By booking an appointment or availing any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

All doctors and therapists at SB Trichology are trained and qualified as per clinic standards.

• If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance by calling us at +91 8130134693 or +91 9315472650.
• Failure to cancel or reschedule in time will lead to forfeiture of your deposit or advance and any discounted offers will become void.
• Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to complete necessary paperwork.
• In rare instances where we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to inform you in advance.

We may collect the following personal information from you:

• Name, age, gender
• Contact details (email ID and phone number)
• Query-related information submitted via our website forms

By providing your contact details, you authorize SB Trichology to contact you via:

• Phone calls
• SMS
• Emails

These communications may relate to your appointments, health records, or promotional offers.

We may use third-party services for managing communications, but your data will only be used for authorized purposes and will not be shared further.

We maintain logs and recordings of calls for service quality and analysis purposes. This data is securely stored and accessed only by authorized personnel when required.

• Booking a course or treatment plan indicates your commitment to complete the prescribed sessions.
• No refunds will be issued for change of mind. Refunds may only be considered under exceptional health-related circumstances.
• Existing treatment package holders are not charged for rescheduling within the allowed time frame.

Before starting any treatment, we will assess whether it is suitable and beneficial for you. If not, we will inform you and only charge for the consultation, if applicable.

SB Trichology shall not be held liable for:

• Any economic or indirect loss
• Issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate medical disclosure by the patient

Patients are responsible for:

• Sharing complete and accurate medical history
• Following all post-treatment care guidelines

We do not exclude liability in case of death or personal injury caused by negligence.

We aim to deliver compassionate and high-quality care. If you have any concerns:

• You may raise a complaint via phone, email, or in person.
• Assistance will be provided for filing complaints.
• We may request a follow-up consultation with the concerned practitioner.
• If not resolved, the matter will be reviewed by our clinic's Director.

SB Trichology maintains a strict no return, refund, or cancellation policy for all treatments and services.
